This is an upgrade service for the 2016 Ford Focus RS 2.3L EcoBoost factory turbo charger.

With this service we will enlarge the compressor housing to accept our 67mm compressor wheel. The rotating assembly will also be balanced for perfect performance and longevity. Our wheel is a +2.35mm inducer and +4mm exducer over the factory compressor wheel. We will only require the compressor housing and center cartridge for the service. No modification is made to the turbine housing. Can be used with the stock waste gate actuator or our SteamSpeed billet actuator.

Similar to our STI STX 67, known to make 350-400 whp on pump gas or well over 400 whp on e85. It is the smallest model we currently offer. We recommend it for FocusRS owners who have stock blocks, or want earlier torque. Make no mistake though, this turbo will make a lot more power and torque vs the OEM turbo everywhere on the power curve.Power increases can between 5-15% on a car with all other factory components (no supporting mods) On vehicles with supporting mods, power gains should be in the 20-30% range.

How does it work?

1: Send us your oem turbo.

We require the compressor housing and center cartridge.
However, you can also send the entire turbo complete with compressor and turbine housings still attached.

!!!PLEASE TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTION NOT TO DAMAGE THE TURBINE BLADES!!!

2: We machine the compressor housIng

3: We replace the compressor wheel and balance the rotating assembly to 100,000rpm

4: When the service is complete we will return your turbo to you.

- This is a journal bearing water cooled turbo.
- It is stock fitment. This means it can be used with all of your other boltons.
- This is a modification to the factory compressor housing.
- This is NOT a new turbo, we require a core to be serviced
- We expect the STX 67 version to make between 350-400 whp on pump gas, or +50 whp on e85
